Reason for Report: I was in jail for running a red light and going in a car speed chase so after the time it passed I left the server and came back today to see a Ban for LTARP which somehow the cop thought I was LTARP since he might of thought i left to early? and there is no video evidence of me doing LTARP if there is any evidence of this I will accept the ban if there is not I want the ban to be removed post evidence in the comment section.

Evidence to support your claim: There is none because I didnt figure out I got banned till today

Staff members do not need to provide evidence for such incidents and neither do they for handing out such punishments. If you made a report claiming you are leaving the server while in jail, and a staff member agrees, you are free to leave - not doing so is LTARP.

No i meant the cop who took me in jail had no evidence

Before I claimed the report.

A cop made a report about you LTARP whilst he was arresting you. I checked the logs and saw that you had timed out. Since you had not disconnected by yourself (See the picture ) I decided to give you some time, so that if you reconnected you could make a report or pm a staff member that your game had crashed. Instead, you reconnected 1 minute after reconnecting, and leaving after 4~5 minutes.

After I claimed the report

So when I claimed the report, and I saw what I mentioned above. I decided to give you 10 minutes to reconnect, so that I could talk to you and ask you what had happened, but after 30 minutes you still had not reconnected, and I banned you for LTARP.

Some questions

As you mentiones in your appeal, you say that you disconnected because you did not want to wait out the jail time, but why did you then reconnect exactly 1 miute after disconnecting?

Also, why are you mentioning in you appeal that if anyone has any evidence regarding you LTARP/LTAJT you will accept the ban? This seems a bit sketchy to me.

I'll give you 24h to respond to these questions before I make my verdict.

I left because I had to go somewhere for thanks giving that week thats why I didnt get on. I meant after the jail time ends i left the server. I reconnect because I wanted to check before I left for Thanks Giving Break that I would get in trouble. I also didnt know I have to tell you if my game crashed since you have it in the logs.

I metioned the evidence quote because I know the cop will have none and in the logs it shows my game crashed.

You did this because you did not want to get in trouble? What should you have gotten in trouble for in the beginning?

Because my game crashed when I was in the middle of getting arrested

If you dont know why he made a report than why did you ban me? For this reason

But you mentioned in your ban appeal that you had been arrested, now you are saying that you were in the middle of being arrested?

And I do know why he made the report, but you said previously that you had been arrested, but now you are saying that you were in the middle of being arrested?

As I also mentioned earlier regarding your game crashing:
If you were being arrested, and your game crashed, you should have told staff members about it, and not just joined and left again. As I see it you did indeed LTARP, and also LTAJT, thus your punishment was fair.

As I see it now, you changed your story throughout your messages which I interprets as you lying in your ban appeal.

Therefor your ban will be extended for lying in your ban appeal.
