Reason for Report: I tried reporting to @Mitter that I want a lawyer and I did !report to also report and told him I'm waiting for a god he proceeded to teleport away In front of 2 other officers as he was cadet trying to book me which cadets cannot book especially when not being the arresting officer than after he teleported away about 2 mins later I was still in pd in handcuffs than got banned for fail rp breaking character even though I showed him this evidence of the fail rp report which it was only an hour but I was told to report him to help the community from stuff like this as well but I didn't break any rules from my POV so please review let him use his side hopefully he has evidence for his sakes.

The mayor failed to properly do RP, he obviously used coms. The issue here is the desert eagle was on the top floor, there should be ZERO sound going down to the bottom floor, as the building was made out of solid concrete. The officers at the bottom floor should have no way of knowing what happened to the mayor because of that.

Also in the second video, from what I can tell, he was knocked out without proper reasoning. He's an unarmed male at this point, and was clearly abused.

We received numerous calls via radio (I only remember voice radio) to respond to the mayors office as he's being taken hostage. We then heard gunshots from the city hall and positioned ourselves to get up the elevator.
The desert eagle is a .50 calibre weapon - of course you would hear that.

He probably cut out the most important part at the beginning. IMO he was probably knocked out for not following actions and moving around. Maybe he was not cuffed on Mitters screen (yes that bug exists). After being knocked out Mitter tried to cuff him again but apparently had some issues. The guy decided to run away - FailRP/FearRP - as technically he would be handcuffed already AND he is in a police station.
