Evidence to support your claim: I got cuffed after doing a flee And I got cuffed facing towards the officer. He forces me into car and do to my cuffs being in front I could grab stearing wheel and drive off no guns or anything pointed at me. This is a bug letting me get in drivers seat aswell. I should not be warned for this reason, After the admin forced me out I got out and complied and everything would've been handled under RP. I will also be getting banned for leaving during a rp situation.

you received 1 warning point for fail because you willingly drove of wile handcuffed in which resulted in a short ban, the reason for the 1 warning point is due to the fact that you willingly drove of wile handcuffed knowing that wile you are handcuffed you are restricted it is a bug that you were able to do so and knowing it was you still decided to drive of which is fail rp.

I feel as if the 1wp is justified and could of been worse due to your record. you got a single wp for your compliance during the sit.

Yes, you should be warned for that. It is not allowed, as it is failRP. You cannot simply drive off while handcuffed.

Unfortunately, that is not how it works. The staff member decides on the punishment, not you. In this case the punishment is valid.

Therefore, the warning point and the ban will remain, as they are valid.
