Reason for Report:
Randomly kicking people, being disrespectful to the people he kicks, then banning me for a day when I rudely confront him about it. Monolith Rp admins shouldn't be toxic kids and know how to deal with situations other than kicking everybody. This isn't the first time he's done this.

Salty, it's quite simple, if you keep calling me a retard then you can expect a ban. I kicked the wrong person by mistake, because there were 2 Jimmy's and serverguard picked the wrong one. I apologised to the wrongly kicked person and I asked his forgiveness in that matter, which he did.

I've warned people enough times about their driving styles, so I made a public announcement that the last warnings have been given and they'd be punished if caught faildriving. Because I kick people with a sarcastic reason, doesn't mean I disrespect them. I don't call them shit as person, I call them shit at driving. They drive with 100 M/H into other vehicles and walls, because of this the whole server was getting spread with fires.

They got warned plenty of times and they got kicked, nothing more to explain.

Had a talk with Perry about this.
There's nothing wrong with him banning you for what you said.
I discussed the kicking with him, and we agreed that there are other and better methods that should be used instead such as warning points or blacklists.
The situation was quite chaotic which is why what happened, happened.
I do not see the need for any further action, this should not repeat itself.
