Reason for Report: I feel I was unjustly banned by Tru, I would like to say this is not in any shape or form a ban appeal. Tru has banned me for 2 week's for "Sexism" which was my first offense of that type, i felt that ban was unfair and not very reasonable as it was my first offense that had to do with "Sexism", And what i said was "IN RP" I will Quote the thing's i said in the court room: "You're a woman" "Your honor it show's that the female officer arrested my client because she is using emotion and not logic", As a lawyer would do in real life I looked for biases to help my client the most in the situation. A sexist person would say "You should be in the kitchen and not being a cop" I consider that sexism and not "You're a woman".
People who said the "N word" for the first time as a first offense We're only banned for a single day like @PolarWinter. With racism a person can see the line but sexism was so vague the rule's make it self so vague but there is also a rule saying your character can say slightly offensive things as long as it is in RP unless a person asks you to stop which she did not.

I’m @ here so I’m gonna give my take. This ban seems ridiculous, you can call someone a slur ooc and get a day or 3 day ban, you can amrdm and get a week ban. But if you make a sexist remark as a lawyer IC to try and get your client off you get a 2 week ban? What is the logic here? So racism or homophobia or telling someone to kys isn’t as bad as a sexist remark IC and it’s 2 weeks???? Like cmon now he shouldn’t have even been warned for this as he wasn’t harassing them or smth he said it IC in a legal trial. This doesn’t make sense

To start I would like to say this did occur quite some time ago so I don't remember all of the details but from my memory, I seem to remember you being asked by the person to stop multiple times but you continued saying these harmful things. At the start of the sit, you found it funny and was denying all the claims made by the reporting player, once I had informed you that you were going to be receiving a ban you then admitted to it.

As with all staff reports, evidence is required. Due to the lack of this, this report will have to be denied. If you find the video and would like to make a new one in the future, feel free to.

I would also like to note a few things, however, because I feel the context is important for this report and any who may view it.

If the situation had gone how you detailed, and you were banned for two weeks for the things you mentioned here (with evidence provided) this report would have obviously been accepted and your ban removed, as it would have been an obvious overstep of administrative duties. However, by @Tru's account, the reason you were banned was not for what you admitted to here. Instead it was player harassment and "harmful things" (Tru's words). I cannot know what was exactly said in the situation due to the lack of proof, however, I would like to note your personal history with punishments in regards to innapropriate behavior/language. You have 6 bans for racism on record. One of these offenses led to a 2 month ban which was in July of this year.
With a history this extensive a new punishment for something, though not exactly the same but in the same vein, a 2 week ban is not out of the question. Especially if you were told multiple times to stop and continued into the sit.

Again, if you find the video proof that shows that Tru was in the wrong here, you are more than welcome to recreate this report. At this time there is no evidence to show Tru acted in any way other than within his right as a staff member. Denied.
