Reason for Report: I did not feel that zeffa was interested in handling my report at all.
A character by the name of Madone Chang begins to taunt me though the one-way window of my recently acquired apartment, stating that he can see me and what I am doing. I find this strange, as there's no legitimate way he would be able to see. Eventually he leaves, and I assume I am safe.
Then, a couple of minutes later, I fall to the ground, no sound effect of damage besides "oof". I immediately make a report, but there is no response. (According to zeffa during the sit, there is no reason listed why I died. I was stationary at the time, nothing in the apartment was moving.)
When the K/O timer has ran out, I move back to my apartment, as it was a glitch that killed me, my understanding is that it is my objective to return to the location before resuming regular roleplay.
Madone Chang and Joe Hancock, block my entry to my apartment, telling me that I am being mugged. I try to explain that I have no business as a character standing here, as I am awaiting a report on my mysterious death, but they are eager to shoot me instead. I attempt to run for cover in spawn, in the hopes that my report is picked up, and this obvious attempt to take advantage of my glitched death (assuming they didn't cause it.).
I am shot, and almost instantly after, my report is picked up.
I try to explain the situation to zeffa, but the two offending muggers repeatedly speak over me. I ask if we can move the sit, but zeffa refuses, instead handing out warning points to new players in the area (We are actually in the spawn area at this point.)
I try to explain that it's very suspicious the way that I died, immediately followed by two people, one of whom already boasted of seeing through my windows, (and did again in the sit, but that was not followed up either.) are blocking my entry, but zeffa is already wrapping up, saying that there is nothing he will do. The muggers boast that they also raided my apartment (taking LSD equipment and my furnace table.) I am surprised to learn this, especially as it would further incriminate them, putting them at the scene of my mysterious death an instant afterwards, breaking into the apartment and taking everything.
zeffa makes a point of saying he will not investigate further and closes the report, teleporting away without another word.
I soon after, pm zeffa as a courtesy, to let them know I will be reporting, as seen here (8:20am GMT):
This brief conversation reflects in some way, the conversation in the sit also.
I appreciate that staff work is a hard job, and that he may have been tired/had a hard day, but in this instance, what very well might have been cheating, or at the very least, bug exploitation, was ignored. I doubt very much that this is connected to our opposing gang affiliations, but I struggle to find any reasons that might have prompted this.
I hate to be the guy always reporting staff all the time (okay so maybe the forum one was a bit excessive).

Evidence to support your claim: this picture is the best I can do. It was a verbal situation, zeffa had all the access to the information about how I died, and it's not abuse, but rather, negligence.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Playernames Madone Chang and Joe Hancock were in the sit, but for obvious reasons I doubt they would be impartial witnesses, as they are being implicated in potential bug exploitation.
Playername Mert Rises was warned for entering a sit in spawn (English is not his first language, he was asking for help.)
