Reason for Report: I think personally, I was incorrectly warned

Evidence to support your claim: I made a report about getting stuck but I miss typed it so I type "@" and notice there are no reports, so I make another because I was thinking that my report was not detailed ETC, I then make a second report missed spelt again due to the rush we were in because we just finished a bank raid, it gets declined now at this point i'm mad because i miss spelled it again but I thought it would be common sense. I then catch friskie closing it saying im not gonna warn you again when he hasn't warned me but says "I'm not going to tell you again". <-- this was the report before the LTARP as shown in video" (I couldn't capture everything because it is what last happened in "6 Minutes") we then shoot down swat members and eventually steal there vehicles, after a few attempts of trying to push my vehicle off, I say "If this despawns im going to be so mad" that second it despawned and I made the report "We killed two swat officers and grabbed there swat vehicles and then they quit there job so we couldn't drive them.." friskie then teleports to me saying this could be solved in rb for the second time.. or grab another vehicle, 1. tow trucks cannot tow vehicles that aren't straight on the ground, 2. I was not looking to get in the trouble or risk my life to steal another car from a cit or cop ETC. Also my friend made a report. I've never had a admin saying "No" to helping my vehicle unstuck, Never..

He then also grabbed me out of car and I died when i was in rp situation. I then get revived then brought to a sit. I notice that my illegal items (that I can remember) was for sure a scar, medkits. I then mention it with his response being "Ok buddy i'll go grab it", He then comes back and tells me I will be banned. After me being banned I notice my scar and everything he pretty much "killed" me for was gone. My scar and everything else was not returned.

I will vouch for this, We both needed assistance as our car was obv bugged/glitched into the railing. There was no way a tow truck driver would have been able to help us. We then stole a swat car which was then despawned because the owner left the server. I then made a report stating a swat dc when his car was stolen. It was insta denied by friskie I then am brought to another sit with canadian knight

WHO: You and Me.

WHAT: You made several reports about your car being stuck. I told you several times to handle it in character. Last time I teleported to you and I told you to deal with it in character in person by either using a tow truck service or finding another car, I told you the next time you made a report about this you will be in trouble. You made a report. I issued you your warning point and you were banned by console.

WHY: You were issued a warning point because you failed to follow directions. I told you to deal with it in character, you wanted to handle it OOC.


RESPONSE: You could have easily found another car, there were people basing a few feet away from you. You could walked to the outskirts cabins, suburbs or farm to grab another car. Or you could have used /org (like you did in the sit to say "well boys im getting banned") to ask somebody to give you a ride. Also, the car was not glitched. It was simply stuck, that is what happens when you don't drive properly and hit a rail.

WHY: Why did I tell to handle it in character instead of me helping you out? Well it would have not been fair if you received help from an OOC person for an IC issue. The police were still looking for you, and they found you, and you guys took them out. You guys could have used their vehicles to unstuck your vehicle (your jeep was not glitched, it was just stuck). Or you could have just taken the SWAT truck and dipped outta there.

RESPONSE: SWAT did not LTARP, that is not how this works. They used up their two lives at bank raid, they had no reason to stay on duty, so they resigned from their positions. That is exactly what you are supposed to do in that situation. It was nobody's fault but yours that you received a warning point, nobody's fault but yours that you couldn't come up with a very simple and creative way to get yourself out of that predicament, and it was nobody's fault but yours that the car got stuck there in the first place.

At this point I had just teleported to you and told you to solve it in character. And the next time you make a report you will be in trouble.



^^ That was the report that got you your warning point. In the 5 minutes that you made the two reports in, you had lock picked not one, but TWO SWAT trucks. Sat around at outskirts gas station figuring out what you were gonna do, THEN using the swat truck to get Jeep unstuck. You could have easily gotten your Jeep unstuck, you were so close. The thing is, if your Jeep was glitched into the rail, it was going to be deleted, so you would have been in a much worse situation than before.


CONCLUSION: I told you stop making reports, handle it in character, you made another report, you got a warning point. Then you got banned. It would not be fair for me to have helped you with my physgun when you were in an IN-CHARACTER and an ACTIVE roleplay situation.

I don't think it would be difficult to understand what you meant by "stuckpl ease help". Considering how many times it has happened in the past, using context clues it was obvious that you were stuck. Spelling was not the reason why it was closed. However, next time it is probably a good idea to take your time writing a report in order for it to be dealt with better and more accurately.

As for closing the report, you should know by now that there is no way for you to be notified that somebody responded to your report. You are only notified if your report is closed, claimed, unclaimed, or opened. So to notify you that somebody has looked at your report, I closed it. At that point it is up to you to look at the report you made and inform yourself of the situation.

As for steaking another car, I am not sure what that means. Moreover, you risked your life by shooting at a bunch of cops and doing a bank raid, what do you mean risk your life even more? If you do not want to risk your life then do not raid the bank, it is that simple.

As for the scar, you never lost it. It is still in your inventory.

After further review, I do not see where or how friskiemar acted inappropriately, or otherwise used his powers in a malicious or otherwise unnecessary way.

Only suggestion I have to better handle this in the future is to check and see if their car is stuck in the map, if it's not then of course this can be handled in roleplay. Otherwise there is nothing too major.
