Reason for Report: I been received a verbal for rdm. I got no evidence but any of the pd can agree. there was a hostage situation at a market store door way, he called in one of the negotiations saying no guns even holstered, One of my swat officers pointed a gun not knowing because his radio was off. The hostage taker shot my swat officer and we all shot back at them. the hostage taker was behind two hostages so that we couldn't shoot him without shooting the hostages, We crossfired both hostages and I cpr one, the hostage taker was killed. What im trying to say here is he was snug up against the hostages so we couldn't wall bang or kill him not matter what. there was one small door way that is it.

My friend supposedly was received 4 warning points for RDM.

In the sit, I reviewed video evidence from one of the hostages and deemed that the hostage taker moved from behind the hostages before you started shooting, therefore I deemed it as RDM as there was no reason to kill the hostages. You have been issued a verbal warning as it was your first offense.

You could of wall banged me and at the time I was killed I'm pretty sure I wasn't even behind the hostages. Also no attempts were made to snipe me or etc the hostages were just sprayed down without them even aiming for me.
