Reason for Report:I first wanna say that he was being very biased throughout the entire situation he was trying to cover his friend back,Wolf broke raid timer so bruiser voided his second raid since i crash but wolf didn't get in trouble because bruiser said "Since the second raid got voided it doesn't count as a raid against him so there for he is not breaking raid timer",I would highly disagree to that. I would also like to say Wolf had to give are stuff back since second raid got voided wolf "Crash" but stayed on discord and on gmod menu for 30 mins then goes "offline" so we waited for 45 mins then bruiser put us down once bruiser put us down he got on then Brusier tp to him right away after 15-20 mins Brusier tp to us and tells us that Wolf for some reason doesn't have are stuff and to this day i still don't have my gas stove which i should have gotten. Throughout this entire situation caused chaos and put me through stress this situation was very biased and i have seen nothing like this. I am very disappointed in the way i was treated throughout this hole entire sit brusier was doing any excuse and everything to help out his buddy he even said i was ziptied but could not show me logs cause he said he didn't have it even though he does. I just hope i get my stuff back and get wolf dealt with he only got warning points for breaking mug timer that's it throughout this entire chaos he only got 12 hour ban RIDICULOUS!! I would like to say make sure to look at the video cause it will show how biased this was. I also forgot to say that Brusier said that Sandra Santos got mugged on outside but then changed it up to he was mugged inside which why would brusier still believe wolf even though he just switch his story. Also throughout the entire sit even before he was talking to wolf on discord.

Wolf broke raid timer so bruiser voided his second raid

The first raid was voided, due to you crashing before they got the door to be unlocked. the second wasn't.

Brusier tp to us and tells us that Wolf for some reason doesn't have are stuff and to this day i still don't have my gas stove which i should have gotten.

Wolf dropped the items in bank saying he didnt need them, I can help you with a refund request for that one stove

You were ziptied, but console didn't log any of your info after the timestamp of you crashing.

Also throughout the entire sit even before he was talking to wolf on discord.

I was on discord before the sit, but with baph, kn1ght, and someone else (forgot). I was deafened during the sit. I noticed wolf joined and i undeafened thinking he had something to say, and he did. But then I deafened again and dealt with the sit in-game. (john joined and wolf left).

Sandra Santos got mugged on outside but then changed it up to he was mugged inside which why would brusier still believe wolf even though he just switch his story.

From what I got from BOTH sides was that sandra ran from wolf, when wolf tried to induce fearRP, then sandra was shot outside.

@Brusier i first wanna say is why did wolf not get in trouble for getting rid of are stuff second of all Sandra like you said was outside then you”Brusier” or wolf change the story which you can see in the video can you explain that to me? Also when I ask wolf how come you didn’t break raid timer he said “Brusier authorized it” , as wolf says in one of the videos. You also said wolf drop the items in bank what does that mean if those were are items why did we not get them to me I caught you in your biased ways and you got caught own up to it.

After discussing this situation with Brusier and reviewing this report I would like to narrow this down and confront any current accusations and wrap this up.

To start, Misterj/Wolf's situation with Sandra (The person being mugged) was not voided since it was a he/she said situation. Any argument about that specific situation leading up to that is irrelevant since the ultimate decision of not voiding it was fair since Brusier did not know exactly what happened. Due to this, the items that were gotten from the person being mugged were not taken from the player's bank. To clarify, it was decided that since there was no evidence that indicated the mugging had anything to do with the voiding of the raid and was completely valid, it was not acted upon. I believe there was a whole miscommunication between Wolf and Brusier about what happened to the items received from the situation that was voided (which was the first raid due to Boke's crash). The "getting rid of the stuff" and "dropping the stuff in the bank" was a misconception of the items getting deposited from the Sandra situation, which was not being voided. However, since many variables went into this and it sparked arguments in the sit, Brusier was not in the wrong for completely voiding the raid and the raiders' timer, which allowed Wolf to raid again. The items that Wolf took from the first raid was addressed. A refund request that was authorized by Brusier, as mentioned in the sit, should be made for the items that could not be retrieved.

I have also noticed that you mention losing items that were not refunded, after looking into past logs I've been informed that those items were lost due to you timing out, which we do not refund for client-side issues. It does not seem like there is more to it.

As for the punishment Wolf received, you seem to be in a misunderstanding of what he was being punished for. He was punished for attempting to take matters into his own hands and resume the RP situation upon you respawning and it resulted in you dying soon after you loaded in. Due to these circumstances, he received warning points which ultimately led to a ban from "too many warning points".

As Brusier explained, he was in a discord channel, deafened, open to the members of the discord, which held other staff members. Misterj joined and Brusier noticed and undefended to see if he had anything to say, soon after, Brusier deafened again and resumed the sit as Misterj left. I would not go as far as assuming that they were "plotting against you" or "coming up with more excuses" through this.

Ultimately it seemed this situation turned into a lengthy sit and confrontation, stories may have gotten mixed up during it until the final verdict was made, which after review, was the correct decision. In this case the sit took quite a bit, and a lot was discussed, and possibly could have been shorter than it ended up. However, Brusier was not in the wrong for carrying out his decisions the way he did, and he was not caught in an abuse of power or being bias.

Additionally, I do not appreciate disrespect towards our staff members that was shown by your friend throughout the sit which very well seemed directed towards Brusier, which I do not want to see again. Just hardly looking through the videos I can point out a few disrespectful things being said/expressed by your party (@BoKe), so once again, I do not want to see that ever again.
