Reason for Report: He banned me for two days for missuse of report system and missuse of ooc when he already blacklisted me from ooc. I tried making a report on someone calling me the N word, he ignored it and then banned me for two days. Now he also wont check my ban appeal. He banned that long just because I said he was the worst admin I've dealt with. he didnt even warn me or bring me to an admin sit. he just blacklisted then banned me.

Evidence to support your claim: Im not sure what evidence you need I mean I have a screenshot of the ooc chat, he said "do u even read the reports that you make?" I said"someone called me the n word and you didnt wanna deal with that so guess you didnt hear that either homie" and then just blacklists me from OOC then bans me. for Two Days which is absurd honestly. This is abusive.

this was the first report that you made about the situation. nothing about racism in it.



this was the second report. I was a bit rude and I apologize for that. you were being hard to deal with.

you mentioned the n word on the 3rd or 4th report. and by the time I responded to that message i had already closed your ticket. So I didnt see it.

Through out the entire sit(s) you were talking over me and would not let me handle the situation. you punch an SS is a valid reason to get arrested for assault. I do not recall you mentioning anything about an n word being thrown around. Had you waited for me to finish. I would have ended the sit with "do you have any questions?". At which point you would have been able to say "he called me the n word which is why I punched him". I spectated the entire situation from when I claimed and closed your report to when I left you for talking over me in the PD processing room. We are supposed to let an RP situation play out before we actually get involved just in case the situation rectifies itself or it is not in fact a rule break. And in this case, it was not a rule break and the situation did rectify itself (you were finally processed).

All you had to do, was listen.

I gave you multiple warnings and opportunities to stop your misbehavior and you did not. Which resulted in an OOC blacklist and then a 2 day ban.

6 reports in the span of 10-15 minutes is absurd. You not listening to the staff member handling your situation is absurd. You lying about what your initial report was about is absurd. Your initial report was about being handcuffed for too long (10 minutes from being cuffed to being arrested is not too long btw) and had nothing to do with racism.

I acted in good faith as far as I am concerned. I handled the situation to the best of my abilities and followed our internal guidelines.

If you disagree with the way a staff member deals with your report, you can staff report them on the forums, which is the correct place to do so. Complaining in OOC or threatening to do so will be punished accordingly. Therefore, the OOC blacklist is valid.

After talking to friskie, and by reading his reply, he mentioned that he spectated the entire situation, in order to see whether there was a rulebreak. If there was one, he would have dealt with it. According to him, there wasn't and he did not hear the secret service calling you that word. Furthermore, per his reply, you were not listening to what he was saying, which ended up in him instructing you guys to continue roleplay. You must listen to the staff member handling the administrative situation. At the time, there was a considerable amount of reports open, so hearing what staff have to say is crucial for the sit to be dealt with.

In addition to this, if your report is closed, you can check replies to it by typing !report > View Handled Reports and by selecting the report you want. Making 6 reports about the same situation, after being warned not to do so (see the screenshots above), is abusing the report system and will result in punishment, hence why the ban is also valid.

If you have video evidence of the person breaching our rules, by calling you that word, you can make a player report on the forums and it will be dealt with by Report Management.
