Reason for Report:

- falsely blacklisted in ooc, when I all I said was the OOC rule. 1:18am EST.

- Black listed for asking questions about why my friends were blacklisted & putting the definition of complaining. 3:40am EST.

- Stalebread was blacklisted for stating his other friend was blacklisted.

(I never broke this rule considering all I did was ask questions out of roleplay & gave a definiton)

Greetings, @Malloway you were blacklisted after being told to stop being disrespectful towards staff, bringing up other people getting blacklisted in OOC, as well as making snarky comments in OOC.

I had accidentally blacklisted you from OOC for no longer than 2 minutes earlier in the night.

After being told to stop complaining in OOC about it as it wasn't a big deal and you were just looking for something to complain about you responded with this.

When a staff member tells you do something you are supposed to do it irregardless if you have a different definition of complaining you clearly knew what the staff member meant when you were told to stop complaining. This is not the instance you were blacklisted for but contributes to my decision to give you a 24 hour OOC blacklist later in the night.

I blacklisted another player later in the night which you can see from the pictures you provided. I don't know the steamid of the player so I can't look up his logs but he said something along the lines of "Too bad my friend can't say I in the chat since he's blacklisted."

I proceeded to blacklist the person saying that since it was an obvious attempt to an offhand insult to the staff team. You then responded with this.

All of these things considered I decided to give you a 24 hour blacklist from OOC which I believe should stay on your account until you can learn how to positively contribute to the OOC chat. OOC chat is not meant to complain or make negative comments towards anyone in the community.

If you think that the comment below is complaining then you are wrong.

I didn't express dissatisfaction, pain, uneasiness, censure, resentment, or grief, I simply stated I was blacklisted for no reason.

I simply asked why my friends were black listed, posted the OOC rule stating we're allowed to post personal opinions & posted the
definition of complaining which is a part of personal opinions nor was I complaining of staff or players directly.

Asking for a rule is not disrespectful either, it's simply asking a question about a rule that does not apply because there is no such rule stating I can't ask why he was blacklisted.

If asking questions & putting definitions are disrespectful than I guess every human is disrespectful, mainly philosophers, scientist & people finding answers to their way of life.

If you are told to stop doing something, by a staff member, you stop. Clearly you didn't drop the subject, when told to, so Accertly blacklisted you from using OOC.
