Reason for Report: Unfair punishment and refusal to accept evidence.

Evidence to support your claim: At layer 2 me and 5 others were trying to do a bank raid with hostages so we saw a man (in game name Eddie Tour) and all told him to put his hands up and not move, he refused and ran into the ally way of the gas station then he pulled out his mono tablet, at that point someone shouted "yo hes trying to call the cops" so I shot him this is clearly not RDM or Metagaming because he was running from me. I do accept that I broke the mug timer and thats fine. Balldrip also refuses to accept these points when I bring them up to him saying "Im sorry, but I already denied it, you shouldve explained in the sit"

Hello Soup Time,

We were in the sit for about ten plus minutes and I asked you multiple times if you had evidence which you said you didn't. This about the third time you've changed your story regarding the report. The player who was making the report originally said his side of the story, and you agreed with it, which was what I based the punishment off. Then you decide to complain using OOC chat and !report to try to get your appeal denied. The reason I kept saying you didn't explain it in the appeal and I can't do much is because it is clear to me that you are lying and changing your story so you aren't in the wrong.

So to conclude, in the sit you agreed to the story which I banned you upon that is found in the appeal. Then you continue to change your story and lie to me about what happened, misuse multiple chats to try and get your appeal accepted, and didn't even take the time to write a decent reason why I should've accepted your appeal. I'm sorry you feel my decision was unjust and not valid.

The original reason you said you were mugging him was just to mug him. Then you changed your story to you were doing a bank raid, then finally you changed your story to you looked in OOC chat, saw he called 911 so you killed him. Then the player reporting you says that is metagame, and you change your story to the reason you killed him was for running.

It doesn't matter if he is on his mono tablet, that is not a valid reason to kill.

This is my last response to this report,

I said above what your three different stories were. In the beginning of the sit you weren't hesitant to agree with you killing him for calling 911 and it showing up in chat. So if he didn't call 911, why would you admit to killing him for that reason? It just doesn't make sense and it just seems like another case of you misusing your weapon, which you have a recent history of as you know.

Next time you make an appeal I highly suggest you are sincere and show that you have changed.

I have reviewed this staff report and talked to @Balldrip. It seems there was a bit of a misunderstanding/miscommunication in your explanation during the sit. However, when it comes down to RDM and Metagaming part Balldrip seems to have had a misunderstanding of the situation. If you were mugging someone and the person you were mugging ran away from you and pulled out their tablet you may kill them. Also, taking the 911 call broadcasted in chat in this situation was not metagame due to being around the player making the call (In real-life or in RP you would know that someone is calling emergency services). You did break mug timer and due to priors, you received a punishment. I believe you would have received a punishment either way, but most likely for not as long.

I apologize for the inconvenience and we have cleared up this situation with Balldrip so now he understands this.

Your punishment should have been "Breaking Mug Timer" instead of the "Metagaming and RDM" along with it. I do not believe you have much more time on your punishment so when you come back online message an ingame staff member to lift your blacklist per Balldrip's request.

At this time no further action is required since Balldrip did not abuse his staffing powers but just misunderstood a concept.
