So i'll give a little backstory, basically there were people talking about stuff they didn't like on the server, there were two sides, A. People who were saying what was wrong and saying what should be changed and how stuff were dealt with on the server and in general basically listing off what was wrong in their opinion, Then B. The people opposing those opinions and arguing back with them and which ultimatly ended up with a Just leave, But basically in the end both sides kept arguing, but in the end the ones with the complaints lsot due to the fact that staff specifically bryce went ahead and blacklist all the ones stating their opinions, but the thing is, if we got blacklisted for arguing in OOC, then that means so should the ones who were aruging back should take punishment too, Including staff like xstewart, Bryce himself, and many others, but of course they were all left there without recieving any punishment for basically doing exactly what we werre doing aruging with each other, So of cource Bryce targets the ones who don't see everything the way he sees it and blacklist them, then i Pm him about it, and he then warns us to not PM him or he'll kick us and i ask what for and then he decides to kick me for asking a simple question, which instead he could've resolved the issues in a snap by telling me why, but instead he doesn't which at that point a became a issue with himself and the people who were Pming him including me, so then it would be considered a persoanl issue due to the fact that no one made a staff report complaing, but PMed him, because of course making a report complaining would ultimatly lead up to a kick anyways, And theres clear bias shown by him by punishing those who were opposed of him and not of the ones supporting him and his arguments, as well targeting players who were arguing before, but stopped and then blacklisted them anyways, just cause they were arguing before and i would be delighted to see if any of the people who supported him got a blacklist, Also its intresting how he tells me and other guys in my org to stop just cause were all apart of the same org and targeting us specfically even though it wasn't just us. As well i will admit that it was childish of me to complain in OOC so go ahead and lengthen the blacklist if you wish, but at least i will admit that it was foolish.

Okay, here we go fam.
#1. Youre not even on my radar. I dont know you, nor trejo, nor winnie let alone what org you guys are a part of. I really couldnt care less, so dont flatter yourself.
#2. Reports were coming in to clean up the arguing in OOC. So we cleaned up OOC.
#3. Again, I dont know who you are nor had any reasonably decent interaction with you, so you can go ahead and curve your player targeting nonsense. A bunch of people got the blacklist, not just you.
#4. I wont be listing any of the others, as not a single one of their blacklists are even SLIGHTLY your business whatsoever. Literally, ZERO of your concern.
#5. Maybe 1 or 2 people we giving any level of decent, constructive criticism. The rest were just misusing OOC and saying useless bologna.
#6. I warned you. I made it ABUNDANTLY clear that continuing in my PMs would result in a kick. But you just had to push the envelope. Thats your own damn fault for willingly and knowingly disregarding my statement to make a point or something, Idk. I have no idea what you were thinking.
#7. Sure, I could have been more professional with my working, but I said what I meant and meant what I said. Im not sorry, only a bit regretful of the language.
So lets clear this up my guy:

Naw, I used staff powers to clean up OOC when getting reports and statements asking us to blacklist. Thats part of the job and Im within my rights.

Kicking without reason
I warned you to stay out of my DM's and you slid right back in anyways. You're recollection of the events here completely disprove this particular allegation. You even provided a screenshot of me saying I warned you so Im not even sure what this is about.

Putting personal bias before the rules
No bias. Once it became an issue for the other players, I acted with staff power and within protocols. Personally, if no one else cared, I could go rounds with you guys in OOC and not sweat it one bit. I have other things to worry about in the server than a group of lads who dont seem to quite understand what the word "constructive" means.

Player Targeting
Again, as said before, you arent even on my radar. I really couldnt care less. I dont player target as Im not allowed to. But If was going to do it, I sure as heck wouldnt jeapordize my staff position on you, guy.

Now, I wont respond any further. I have no regrets and your own statements kinda explain why you got the boot pretty damn clearly. I take pride in this server and my position. Community Management can do what they gotta do. Also, for the SD/CM that reviews this, I understand that my swearing could have been left out but I do firmly stand by my decision and stance.

Bryce used his staff powers to blacklist you for making negative comments about the server in OOC. He also kicked you for spamming PMs. There is no problem with that

Kicking without reason

It is pretty obvious you were kicked because you were continuing to argue in his PMs, instead just make an appeal or create staff report instead of going further.

Putting personal bias before the rules

I do not understand how Bryce was taking his personal means into his decision. You were misusing the whole purpose of OOC. Saying a few nice things about the server is different than saying complete negative things.

Player Targeting

I am quite confident that any staff member would have punished you in this situation.

It is clear that @Bryce did not abuse any of his staffing powers in this situation. If you have suggestions for the server that is what the forums are for. If you want to suggest development changes, that is also what the forums are for. However, neither the forums nor OOC is used to be toxic, as you have demonstrated some aggression/anger in your response to your blacklist to Bryce in PMs and prior to it in OOC.

@Bryce did not abuse his staff powers here and the reasons for this staff report is invalid. We will, however, talk to the staff member's who were involved in the OOC argument about distinguishing the situation more swiftly in the future.
