Hello,

Thank you for your report, and I apologize for any inconvenience during this situation.

Both staff involved have admitted to their mistake and I have discussed this privately with both members. They are fully aware that they should not have returned to the situation until the 10 minute NLR timer was up.
However, they did not return with malicious intent - neither engaged in any form with the active fight upon returning. This was a mistake on their part and one that they both duly note for the future. No further action is required at this time.
