Reason for Report: I've been rdm many times in game with no proof, just logs and had admins help in the past. When I was rdm this time, he asked for video proof, when i told him i dont know how to record my instances in game he said that he couldn't do anything without proof because logs dont proove if we said the n word or provoked it. Those were his words, and i personally feel it was handled very poorly on his behalf.

Evidence to support your claim: I have no evidence and have installed an app to help record any further problems just would like some more help

Dear @andrwklaus ,

You made a report that someone RDM'd you and your brother. I claimed the sit and told you the guy who killed you has disconnected and no more in game to ask his side of the incident. I then ask you if you have a video of what happened, to proof your point that it's RDM. You responded that " He RDM'd me, check logs" while saying it in a loud voice and anger -which I understand after being killed, but I am not the one who killed you neither I saw what happened- you then start arguing why there should be a video? I explained to you that as we didn't see what happened, you must support your claims with a proof/evidence that you actually was killed randomly and without any reason. I then explained to you a scenario where if you kill anyone (with a valid reason) and then disconnect and they report you for RDM without an evidence or a video recording do you expect us to believe that and ban you accordingly?

I handled the sit according to our rules and according to the staff internal policy and I believe I didn't abuse my powers nor that I handled the sit poorly.

I will let Community management to decide, I wish a good day.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. As stated by @Afash, if someone is no longer on the server it's difficult to impossible to get a full picture of what happened. Without video it's your words and a log of you getting killed, but there are plenty of possibilities where you were killed with a valid reason. If a staff member were to go off a reporting player's word alone it's very possible that someone would be falsely punished.

There does not appear to have been any misuse of power on Afash's part. Staff report denied.
