Reason for Report: He pulled up to bank and someone shot his tire.. then he went a couple metres with his lambo, turned around and fixed his tire on spot to propably chase him..

It is true that the vehicle was fixed but at the time I did not realise due to the fact it was not me who repaired it, it was @Arroyo.

I have video that I will provide to prove what I have said.

In this video, you can see that I don't even realise it is repaired until the end when I saw the report you made.

Thank you for your report. After reviewing your video and the video provided by Tru, along with checking the logs associated with this incident, I have found that it was Arroyo who repaired his vehicle. Regardless of the context or situation, staff should not be repairing vehicles while they are in RP, as this gives them an edge that would normally not be afforded to a player. I want to thank you for bringing this to our attention as it is another reminder that we need to address this type of behavior in our next Staff meeting. As this report is against Tru, I can confirm that he did not abuse staff power, however, I will speak with Arroyo officially with regards to the video you provided.
