Refusal to assist me/engage in SIT. Rather than bring me to a sit to see my evidence he says "Please Explain" and then makes me wait 10 minutes. If it wasn't for the senior admin on the first ticket, I wouldn't have gotten somebody a ban and would have been left without help. HockeyExpert30 chose to tell me to fix my attitude and closed every ticket I filed after the fact making it so not only he wouldn't assist but other staff couldn't either. Very unprofessional and illegitimate. I don't pay for premium so an admin can ignore my tickets and tell me to "Fix my attitude".
