There was a active raid ongoing at country lot we were firing at police from country then decided to push out once we killed enough cops, We pushed over to the right and were firing at cops and then all of a sudden a white van drives straight through the fire and waves of bullets being fired by me,Tom,Brandie and alot of other cartel members and BBC they parked right next to the gunfight got out and started taking photos of me killing cops with my KSG-12 so i turn round and kill them which led to me getting banned. So they FTVL by Driving through fire going right next to gunmen mowing down cops and not fearing there life and running away but instead of escaping in there perfrectly fine ban they decided to stop and take some nice photos of cops getting blown away by a shotgun.

First, it is not our fault you got banned for RDM that is on you for shooting people who were unarmed hiding behind a van with their hands up. Second, there is nothing in the rules that says its okay to kill people that are far away from you holding a camera. Third, you are lying in a staff report. There was no fire blocking the road leading from hospital to outskirts. The fire started after you blew up a cop car right before you killed us. Also, we never drove between you and the cops shooting. We came around the corner from PD area and went to the left side of the road to avoid the cars blocking the road leading to outskirts from the hospital. We saw you shooting at the cops so we turned left and went toward the forest. Tim stopped the van since you shot us as we were driving away. We couldn't tell if it was a cop that shot us so I took my camera out to look since we were far enough away that it was hard to tell. Then after you guys finished killing the cops you turned to us and started shooting. We put our hands up and you still shot and killed us. As it was covered in the sit by Tyler there was no point to you shooting at us since we had our hands up and didn't have any guns out. You could have come up to us and put us under fearRP and told us to delete any pictures taken but you decided to RDM instead. Also, you keep saying we were taking pictures of you to get the cops called on you but you were already in a gunfight with them and it would have been breaking NLR for them to act on pictures taken from that raid.

That is not blocking the road from hospital to outskirts it is to the right from the intersection about 100 steps away. We took no damage from fire so don't even try to lie about us driving through fire to get involved in your raid.

Your hands were not up. After I killed Tim (who took the picture), you then ran behind the van hiding then came out then put your hands up. There was a fire towards town hall where you guys came from. You guys came through the fire, through gun shots to sit on a hill and take pictures? You were probably shot because you were IN THE MIDDLE of the gun fight. Only 1 of you put your hands up and that was you. Tim had his camera out and before you know it he was dead. Since you guys are known for being narcs, and snitches. We know what you guys look like. You've been here a long enough time to remember. We all know where people with cameras, taking pictures of others doing illegal things (shooting cops with illegal firearms, etc.) go. And even if we started to run towards you, you probably would've fleed and we'd end up killing you anyways.

The fire was not blocking the road from the hospital and we were driving away from it not into it and your gun fight.

Im not saying you tried to get involved in the raid. But i thought it would be the same as the bank like running into a criminal vs cop situation
and sitting there taking photos well shots are being fired and people are being killed is FTVL just the same as a bank raid or pd raid but im not involved any further.

But why would you still go into a forest for "no" reason? Honestly you went there for a reason, not just to sit there. You couldve turned left and got away from the situation, but you stayed in the situation

I don't understand why they would stay even close to a shootout. There is most likely gonna be stray bullets to hit them anyways.

After we turned left to avoid the massive fire/firefight, we took shots from someone from the firefight and a good few of them hitting into our van. We stopped the van which was really badly damaged and exited, were i was using the camera to spot who was shooting as they would see we are not a threat when we exited without weapons drawn, i spotted another person near the house with a camera and took a picture of said person. I am unsure who it was but i will see if i saved said photo.

After that i get shot a good few times by Jordan and Little Squid and try to put away my camera and try to put my hands up but before the animation could register i was already killed. The last thing i remember after that, is you guys looting our holstered weapons that fell to the ground, that were not shown through out the situation.

Shooting us because people sometimes play detective? were is the logic in that? that is basically me shooting everyone i have ever known for playing detective just because i suspect they may be a detective, that is just very poor roleplay. Fair enough if i pulled a weapon or if i actively tried to escape but i was standing perfectly still while i was being shot because if i would have tried to escape i would have died as you even said in your statement you would have just killed us anyway. So our options were possible surrender to the gun men or running across open terrain or taking the van and them killing us for sure (as they were near at the T junction by this point shooting officers and blocking our escape and the van was on low health) so we could not run with the threat of being shot so we took the best option witch was surrender. but before that i tried to put my hands up before and was gunned down, anyway Shooting should always be a last resort.

I did agree that you RDM’d Tim and Chosen by just straight up shooting them without initiation from a distance away because they were taking pictures, but as they were right at an active shootout taking pictures for whatever reason, then at least with initiation before killing them the situation could have been handled better.
