After reviewing the evidence I did find the accused player to be guilty of breaking the following rules:

FearRP - He did not comply with you when there were 2+ guns pointed at him.

FailRP - Trying to stall by saying things that were obviously not true.

For these rulebreaks, the offending player will be issued 2 warning points.
