About the State Police
Monolith State Police was Founded In Early July of 2018.
Our goal is not to be the best or most powerful organization.
Our Goal is to protect the citizens and work with any neighboring departments to achieve the same goal.



How to Join the State Police
The State Police is currently whitelisted and handpicked.
We closely watch officers routinely patrol and choose potential candidates.
If we feel they have what it takes to be a Trooper, we ask they fill out the Application Form.
Any Application form submitted without a Referral from a Supervisors will be ignored.



What makes us different?
Truth is, we have the same goal at the end of the day.
We enforce and hold our troopers to a much higher standard than most chiefs.
We offer and help troopers with specific and specialized training such as Spike Training, PIT Training, SWAT Response, Radio Communications and Much More!



How are we going to operate?
Currently, we Operate as any Law Enforcement Officer Rank. If we are classed as detectives you can see us driving around in a Dodge Charger with a lightbar and a Plate Reading "STATE#" Such as "State1". This is the trooper's Callsign.
We wish to in the future have our organization taken to a different level and not be structured under the Police Department.

1. Follow all Monolith RP Server Rules.
2. You have to spend 3/4 of your time as Law Enforcement.
3. You must be active at least 3 times a week. (Exceptions CAN be made)
4. You must not be known for committing major crimes.
5. As a Civillian you may commit Crimes but keep major crimes to a minimum.
6. Respect Each other and Listen to Supervisors.

Why do wish to become a Trooper?: State troopers seem like a great roleplay organization with the intent to make the Paralake Police Department the best it can be. I find this to be a noble and amazing goal to work for and would love to help.
Why should we accept you over any other applicant: I have a lot of experience being a police member back in Rockford (before PD level was raised to 200 max, that's why my level is so low) and while I'm not perfect and don't know everything about roleplaying as a cop, I know way more than the average person.
As an officer, In your OPINION, What is the most valuable tool you have: My badge. Sounds corny but I hold my badge above every other tool I have because it is the thing that allows me to make everyone's lives safer. It is what distinguishes me from the criminals that I want to stop from endangering the public.

You are called to a shots fired call and get on scene, no one is responding on their radio. You have your pistol drawn to the ground and you See to your left, 2 officers are being held at gunpoint by 2 men. What do you do?

Answer: Get back in my car, radio for backup, and remain nearby but out of sight until backup arrives. It's just me against two guys, they have hostages, and I just have my pistol so why should I attack them? They will just kill the officers and then me.

Why should we accept you over any other applicant: You should take me over any other applicant mainly because I know a good amount of codes I'm very active in mainly just police and I have been in many police forces such as state police in crix police rp and I feel I would make a perfect Trooper
As an officer, In your OPINION, What is the most valuable tool you have: probably my ticket book I think this because this is how I make para lake saver for all the civilians and this is how I stop people from doing crimes Like J-Walking,Speeding,Crossing the double yellow and reckless driving.

Answer: I would get into cover radio for backup, and remain out of sight of the two men until backup arrives and then handle the situation with backup because we will the out men the armed civilians

Answer: well first call on radio for backup and wait for the backup to arrive or there call it over radio and then take it in my own hands and basically try to negotiate something until backup comes

((We RPly Use the detective job and have our own uniforms since we don't have our own job. We are still under the command of the Chief. We are simply assisting local law enforcment in enforcing the laws in this local jurisdiction. We are a complete seperate organization and still follow all government policies and enforce laws. ))
