I don't think i lose connection to the steam severs, i can still use steam fine and it literally only happens on this gmod server, every other game & server is fine.

90% sure this is when your connect gets so bad it fails to reach steams servers so you get this error it's not like steam servers went down and you lost connection just you failed to reach their servers. If its a repeated error try resetting your router
