Due to the voice delay I had already started accelerating, when I heard him I was already off line of sight. Also u had your gun on holster which had not put me in fear RP.

• FearRP only applies for vehicles if the driver is placed at gunpoint by the driver-side window. Any other instance does not constitute FearRP for the driver, and the driver and the vehicles passengers may flee.

You and the other officer did not put Santo at gunpoint by the driver-side window, therefore he is allowed to flee.
