Blacklist Reason: i said "the spike strips need to be fixed" i said this because there was a glitch where when a spike strip is down and is not across the road and it would still pop your tires so i said this in ooc to report it as a bug. and i after i did the staff member said blacklisted.
Unblacklist Reason: i would like to be unblacklisted because i feel that getting blacklisted for reporting a bug is an invalid reason, because at the time i did not have a forum account which means that i could not post the bug in the forums to be looked at.

Time of Occurrence: 2 days ago
Additional members involved/witnessing: The whole server saw it because he said blacklisted after i said this.

Hi Sean/Steve, if you have a bug to report use !help or !report. OOC is not the place to discuss bugs or in game information. Saying the "spike strips need to be fixed" in OOC will easily get you blacklisted by any staff member, because it looks to be IC information being communicated to all players in an out of character chat. Even though your intention in retrospect may have been good, you were given the blacklist based on the moment and the blacklist should already be up. Again, the proper chat to communicate such an issue would be to notify through !report.
