Dear @stewie256 ,

When I asked you what you were doing your response to me was "He was trying to run me over" when in fact the bus driver was not even moving he was only honking his horn for someone to open the spike strip. You were already issued a verbal warning for a similar situation so I issued you a 1 week blacklist for the severity or your actions. The bus driver was unarmed and meant zero harm to you or other officers I will not be accepting this appeal as its only a week.
