As you can see in the video I asked how did you find the frequency talking to myself and not in game he replied a second later saying he got it off the org he also magically found where I was at.

lets be real there brother. yall were watching his stream, when yall seen him report yall for breaking raid timer in the stream you seen him holding C turning his radio on and off, which shows the freq middle screen. not really any evidence of them stream sniping is shown, but it is oddly strange that as soon as you here ethan ask how'd he get the freq, not ingame(he was talking to his twitch chat), "jack" answers right away. Ethan didnt even say anything ingame after being put at gunpoint and forced in the jeep. the video shows for itself

Honestly I could care less what happens. Ive warned the kid about streaming, he will figure it out eventually.

Seems like you could abuse this if it's allowed to happen, "anyone who robs me that I don't like is watching my stream". "anyone who kills me in a raid while im streaming is watching my stream", etc. The only proof here of stream sniping is that he was streaming, and someone said something on radio answering another narco member asking us how we got the freq. Again, a gambino got your freq from someone respawning at town hall, sent an imsg to me, and I sent the freq to the other 2 dudes. I don't know who ethan monster is, and I don't think I care to watch his stream, let alone abuse him streaming to see where he is to player target him or something of that nature.

We were not watching his stream, there is no evidence to suggest we did. You do care, and the members of your org care, considering one of the members took the time to make a stream sniping report after he was kidnapped, and that you took the time to reply to said report, I would say you care a little bit. What I'm saying is that he can turn any situation he wants into "they stream sniped me". If an enemy org robs him, if they raid him, or do anything on this server that might have a negative effect on him, he can simply make a report saying they stream sniped him. There is absolutely no evidence here, and nothing would change your mind. I could post my browser history and be told I deleted his stream, or did it in shift-tab through steam. The admins could pull up logs from imsg and show where we got the freq and still I believe you would say we stream sniped him. I have respect for you and the majority of your org members, but this report is absurd.
