Stuck on Initializing

Tried restarting my game, joining back like 10 times and restarting my pc. It worked yesterday for me now it wont, any fixed

Did you switch your betas or mess with your launch options? Thats what happened with me. You can also try to redownload addons, that works for some people.

Go into steam, your game list, than right click on gmod, click on properties, click on the tab for local files, than you will see a button for verifying integrity.

retry in console once that happens.

Type "Retry" in console and it should help, the reasoning it does this is because when you attempt to connect to the server a connection isn't established completely and it fails to join the server completely and you know this when there's a bunch of Red Text in your console explaining that there was an error of some sort.

Solution; before connecting to the server try verifying integrity on Garry's Mod, Better Internet or Using a Network LAN
