Stuck on Worshop Complete

So apparently the server map has changed , i unsub all the contents everything on garry's mod and went to forum (Monolith) to sub all the contents.

After downloadin all the content pack , i am still not able to join the server and it always hang on "Workshop Complete" afterwards it crashed automatically.

So how do i fix it?

You may have to download the map, one time that happened to me and needed to download the map, other than that I have no idea.

I had this the first few times trying to get on the server but after a small PC reset it worked
