I have multiple suggestions to at least improve the server by a bit.

Autobans change of pollicy

Let me begin with the autobans. It's a huge inconvenience when you have to log out due to some angry parents or your house is burning while you are playing.

My suggestion is to remove autobans for dead or criticaly injured completely.
When restrained, you should have a form to fill out explaining why you have to leave RP. Once it's done, you may leave and set a timer for 15-20 minutes before you may enter the server again.

It's been something that's a bit bothersome. I both like and dislike the fact you need to buy your weapons. At least provide a free handgun to police officers and security officers.

There is a bug in which the tow driver can respond to NPC mission shootouts.

The bank security department does not have cameras to monitor the place. Added more cameras to the outside can both help in preventing bank robberys.

I only noticed 4 cuttable trees. It is a bit annoying to wait, but justified by their OP XP generation for new players.

Thought I'd give a piece on this, since these are very valid suggestions.

My suggestion is to remove autobans for dead or criticaly injured completely.

While I don't think a form would be the way forward, I do think that autobans while deceased should be removed or reconsidered. While critically wounded, it makes sense since you may be in RP even when dead, the most common example would be a paramedic reviving or attempts at reviving you. Being banned while deceased doesn't really help RP at all however and inconveniences those that needs to leave quickly.

I'm not sure if this'll add much personally. Providing a free handgun to officers wouldn't really add anything significant enough to warrant the devwork. It's not that bothersome to walk to the locker to get a gun. Perhaps I am missing a point however, so feel free to elaborate further.

This, if I had to guess, would be because the police tow truck is under the POLICE category, which is what is checked for when determining who should receive missions. Sure, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but it'd require an entirely new category to itself. Again, a lot of work for something so minor.

If this is true (I'll be checking later), this is a good suggestion. I agree that the bank should be under heavy surveillance and have monitors to access the cameras in the security office and the PD.

Agreed, though I believe this has been noted. Resources should hopefully soon see an increase, particularly stone and trees.

Overall, some great suggestions.

Regarding my second suggestion, here's what I have to say. The fact that you have to go to the Armory or locker doesn't bother anyone at all, and I'm fine with it. Police and security officers should be able to access complimentary weapons, which I find inconvenient. As a matter of fact, police stations in real life offer free handguns for service. Armed guards must be provided by security companies that provide money laundering or security services. How the hell do you expect them to guard anything with tasers? Interestingly enough, you can't even taser someone in the server because of a server rule restricting the use while a robber is holding a handgun.

I would even say banks also help invest in there armed security.

I feel like this would be a good idea but instead of a feeling out anything you could just take an hour ban instead of a 24 hour ban. Its double the max time you would get if you left to avoid arrest and longer than any situation rp.

Deceased players will no longer be automatically banned (starting next update). Furthermore, automatic ban lengths have been decreased by half (12 hours now).

I don't agree with this. I think it is a good way to keep things balanced. Furthermore, when there is a Mayor, there is a budget system in place to cover such expenses.

More cameras were added, to cover the exterior areas. Furthermore, Security Guards can now view cameras to monitor suspicious activity.

I added more trees, to make it easier for new players to start!
