Summer Send Off
As summer is coming to an end, Monolith's Event Team wants to surprise you guys with some of your favorite events. That said, we came around with a few that we are sure you will all enjoy! Over the course of this month, August, we will be hosting 4 unique events on our servers. For more information and updates about each event join the Monolith Steam Group and Monolith Discord.
The events list is as follows:
The Purge
- Date: 10th of August ( 7PM EST https://a.chronus.eu/1861A04 )
- Location: Paralake City
- Rules:
- If you wish not to join the Purge event you are obligated to stay in Town Hall. The place will be secured and blocked off so that you will have no harm during the Purge Night.
- You are allowed to team up with whoever you want, however this does not guarantee you are save from them. Do you trust your allies or will they throw that knife in your back? Who knows...
- Government officials must remain unharmed and the usage of weaponry that are explosive are forbidden.
- Police, fire, and emergency medical services will be unavailable until the morning when the Purge concludes.
- Keep in mind that general rules do apply such as no racism, erp etc. You may also not mug: the purpose of the Purge is to kill on sight or complete unfinished businesses. Mugging would make it unnecessary. Feel free to bust in someones house as the only safe zone is at spawn.
- These rules will be heavily enforced!! If you guys can not abide by these rules there will be consequences!
- Prizes: You will get to kill all your enemies!
- Date: 11th of August ( 12PM EST https://a.chronus.eu/1861E00 )
- Location: Paralake Farm
- Description: Players will be placed inside of an arena where 2 cars will attempt to run them over at all cost.
- Prizes: Last man standing will receive $8,000. Drivers do not receive money.
- Date: 12th of August ( 5PM EST https://a.chronus.eu/18624CC )
- Location: Florida
- Prizes:
- 1st Place - One Free Month of Premium ( if user is already premium then $30,000 )
- 2nd Place - $20,000
- 3rd Place - $10,000
- Description: There will be a certain number of judges ( Staff ) who you must impress to have a shot at winning a prize. You may either sing, say jokes ( NO RACIST JOKES ), ect. If you are caught trolling/minging whilst on the stage you will be promptly removed with consequences.
- Date: 12th of August ( 2PM EST https://a.chronus.eu/1862418 )
- Location: Paralake City
- Prizes: $15,000 per person on the winning team
- Description: Each team will have 4-5 players. Your objective is to get the ball into the goal on the opposite side of the field by whatever means necessary whilst staying in the vehicle. The vehicles will be colored so you know who your teamates are. Due to team sizes being small there will be more than 1 round where hopefully a lot of people can experience this event. If you already played 1 round you will need to wait until everyone who wanted to play got a chance to play.
- Date: 10th and 12th of August
- Location: Paralake City on the beach
- Description: This isn't really an event but it is a nice little addition that we thought we would throw in there for you guys. There will be a little stunt course with ramps and slides for air boats near the beach. A certain number of air boats will be spawned on the beach and no more will be spawned in unless they go missing or exploded. This will be here almost all day on Saturday and Monday. All we ask is that you share the air boats with others and return them to beach when you are done using them.
