So one of my newest recruits to my legion based with me at richards 10, He says he say Sun no clip through the house and three minutes later he comes in with no warrant, all the doors were in the house unlocked because i had found that the owner (John Rust) had became a detective, and i had not been informed, so three minutes after Shad see's him noclipping through the door, Sun comes up to the door saying "theres been crimes in this area" or something like that, he asks to come in, i say no i'd rather him not (except kindly) then he gets distracted talking with a detective, i thought he was done so i leave to get back to my LSD, he comes back opens the door and walks right up into the room with the weed, i ask wheres your warrant he says "propable cause" so i question him (as seen in the chat, "you dont have a warrant" , then he said "propable cause" so without trying to break character i confront him in looc "you got that intel admin abusing") he takes everything in the house even that small flask that was floating somehow (it wasnt mine)
We end up getting DystopianRaven to handle this but it got nowhere so he suggested to take it up here, thats all, apart from that i lost around 35k to that (i have more proof of the raid if its needed, in screenshots)

I don't know if I even need to explain myself a second time, considering the whole thing was handled in-game by an senior administrator (@DystopianRaven), but I'd gladly do so if requested.

From the information Tyler and Sun lao provided me in the sit, both sides looked like valid stories. Maximumstig888 and his other house members claim that Sun Loa had purposly used no-clip evidence to preform a raid, However Sun Lao claimed that he was merely doing normal adminisration by checking up on stuff around the map. We came to the agreement that yes it was a coincidence for Sun Lao to be no clipping there one moment and raiding the next, but there was no videos or anything to show any of what they had told me, nothing to show whether there is a direct connection between Sun Lao appearing there one moment and at the door the next - Because of that the sit was bigger than me to handle, hence the reason why I sent them here on the forums.
Although, they should not have been able to see Sun Lao while no clipped...

Sounds fishy. You are not supposed to see noclipping staff members as it defaults to being invisible at the same time.

yeah, im not really sure, maybe it was a glitch, maybe there was a second when he stopped flying im not too sure how he saw it, i guess we'll know when he joins this discussion (which will be soon hopefully)

I was tending to a report by a guy who had experienced being thrown out of a car mid-air multiple times. Unfortunately, he never caught the perpetrator's name, and could only describe his car and clothes. There were approx. 20 people online on the server, so I decided to noclip to every person in an attempt to try and identify this person, and that's why I was at the house.

After finishing up the report. I returned to my position as police. Once again, there were around 20 people online, so not much was happening for the PD to deal with, and so I started driving around knocking on doors. I knocked on yours, you answered, and we talked for a little bit. Some guy rolls up behind me, I go to talk to him, and when I come back and you're gone from the front window. I knock on your door once more, but this time the door is unlocked. I decide to walk in, as you previously had not specifically told me not to go on your property. I go up the stairs, and from the top of the stairs, I can see straight into a room in which weedgrowing is going on, and also a flask of LSD is sitting immediately to my right, so at this point I have propable cause to trespass on the property and initiate a raid without a warrant.

As a staff member, I get to see a lot of shit which I'm "not really supposed to", including the contents of people's houses. It's my job to not use this knowledge in RP situation, such as my visit to your house, and I honestly don't believe I did. I totally get that the whole thing looks fishy, and I probably would had complained, had I been in your shoes. It's impossible for us staff members to "block out" memories of what we've seen during our administrative duties, we can only attempt to act clueless, and sometimes that gets hard.

even if i didnt tell you not to go on my property, im almost certain you cannot enter without a warrant, you have to ask if you can come in or if you have a reason to go in - you only came in because i wasnt at the door, as i thought you had left to talk with the detective and i did hear you knock on the door i was on my way, you gave me no time to come to the door but when i went to the stairs to see what you wanted it was too late anyway

also if theres only 20 people on with nothing to do why dont you just quit being an officer, and even you did no-clip through the house for adminstrative reasons, you say its hard to "block out" memories of what you saw so why go to the house if you know how hard it is, it doesnt make much sense to why you would come to the door to "talk" with us if its hard to block out them memories, and why talk with us at all i mean yeah police can get boring but then quit your job as an officer or do something better with your time as a cop, like protecting the people, thats the job of an officer right? to protect the people
