An evolved version of the flu, which causes aggression and insanity in its hosts, makes its way to Monoford by train. Knowing full well the virus's effects, the CDC issues hazmat suits to all medical personnel, as well as vaccines. Patient zero begins showing signs, turning him as well as those he infects against the city's populace. Police and medical personnel must work together to quarantine and stop the infection before it's too late...
