Request Reason: Abused his tazer, tazed me for picking stuff up while I was dropping them. Then proceeded to kill me.

1. You may not steal items from other players without performing a /me. Instantly stealing money that another player dropped in a transaction is forbidden. Instead do a /me of stealing it and give the player(s) time to react. Lootbags are exempt from this rule.

I admit to killing him, however it wouldn't have happened if he didn't break a rule to begin with. I have had a smashing headache today due to the thunderstorms we have had this week. However that does not excuse what I did, merely giving insight on why I wasn't thinking straight.

[5.1.7] Corruption is allowed with permission from a Senior Administrator or above. The permissions are automatically void when the authorizing staff member leaves the server.

Getting annoyed is understandable, but as you said, does not excuse the action. @HuskyD0G will receive 1 Warning Point for RDM/Corruption. With that said, Husky also has a valid point that stealing items without a /me is also against the rules, and as such a Verbal Warning will be given in return.
