In between cuts was just me chasing him down with nothing special happening.
Not gonna go hard on this report cuz im tired but essentially he did all those things and in the end left, taxi is the easiest and first job you can get that easily gives you a car with little effort.
Additional members involved/witnessing: @ja accepted my report but never did anything which I can see as why since it lasted such a long time and it dealt with evidence.
