Hello,
I was actually looking at @silly0billy and @Aziel report since it was a simple LTAA. As, I told multiple staff, I usually take reports without being SOD if it a very simple one. The people doing the Chief interview can confirm as I told them to hold on because I was dealing with a report. Also, I was in logs for a few seconds then the officer did baton me. I didn't see who, so I grabbed the wrong officer by mistake. That I will apologize for, but I did not abuse my powers. @WinterStar can also confirm this.

If that's the case, then I apologize for the report. I assumed that you were just doing random stuff as a civilian without a reason.

The reported staff member has been removed from the team. That said, to address the report reason, staff are expected to be on duty when doing reports to avoid confusion such as this. However, if they are in roleplay and there are many reports open, they are allowed to help with quick issues to help reduce stacking reports and relieve stress for on duty staff. So long as this is done within reason and doesn't interfere with roleplay this is generally a positive thing.

In this case, he should have explained to those around the situation to make it clear this was a sit, or taken them to a roof.
