Reason for Report:

I was lied to by this guy. We were in a sit with Nick Brooks and the man straight up lied to me saying that he was going to punish him. I was later told by Nick himself that he only said that to get me to quote "shut up" and leave the report alone.
I had some communication with Thane regarding this. Yes, he is not obligated to punish, but he shouldn't lie like that.

Time of Occurrence: 12/29/21, around 7:00PM to 10:00 PM PST

Witnesses, I have a slight video but it didn't capture Nick's sentence, so we will have to go off of Witnesses and TB3Five's potential confession.

After further research on the report you created, I concluded that the reported offender should not have gotten a punishment as a result of a lack of evidence. I didn't inform you of it, because I'm not required to and it's internal information really. After closing your report, I did watch the person you reported for about 20-25 minutes just to see if he was indeed breaking rules. So no, I did not lie.

The staff member being reported has been removed from the team. To address this report, though, a staff member is not required to disclose what punishment is given. You'll often find out due to it being a sit where both parties are present, but this isn't always the case. There are certain situations where a punishment that was mentioned may be rescinded or altered based on follow up evidence.
That said, a staff member should never say that they are going to get another player to "shut up" about their report, regardless of what punishment is ultimately given. This is unprofessional and goes against our guidelines for staff. You don't have a clip of this, which under normal circumstances would be needed to process this report fully. If something like that ever happens again in the future please do make a report as you did here and include valid evidence.
