After robbing the Royal Mint and the Bank of Spain in Madrid, the cartel from Catalonia moved to Paralake where they have newly adapted into the criminal-network of the city. Their love for Bank Heists is still in their hearts
Ranks are taken very seriously in the Culé Cartel, the Professor is the leader of the Cartel, Berlin, is the 2nd in command, then there is Nairobi, in charge of the technical parts of the cartel, as in hostage situations and basing.
After that there is the Dallí the rank you start out as when you begin in the cartel, the Dallí also means the members of the cartel, that means ALL RANKS.

1. Do not attack any civilians of any other organization.
2. Must have an anonymous mask on you at all times (to represent the Dallí/Cartel)
3. Only base with allies or cartel members, never base by yourself or with an enemy organization
4. Always listen and respect to the higher up ranks within the Cartel
5. Never break any Monolith Roleplay Server rules
6. Respect your allies and your Cartel-mates
7. Always have a pistol and a radio on you
THE CULE CARTEL WILL HAVE A 3 STRIKE SYSTEM, IF YOU REACH 3 STRIKES YOU WILL BE DEMOTED, SUSPENDED, OR KICKED OUT OF THE ORGANIZATION. (Keep in mind that if you have done something very severe, there is a chance you will be kicked immediately)
