Reason for Report: Lack of help to absolute extreme. I was raided twice in a span of 10 minutes. made the report and waited. 10 minutes past, 20 minutes past, 30, 40, an hour. At that point i just closed to report because they weren't even helping other people, but they only cared when OOC was being used incorrectly, God forbid that happens. I was raided nearly a 3rd time but once he realized i was recording, he ran off.
The second instance was right at around 1:40am. I'm in the bank, i randomly get killed. simple as that. Shiblamo is the only admin on, I'm asking for help because the evidence for that video doesnt have his steam ID or name so im hoping the logs have the information needed when i give the time and place when it occurred. Again i was ignored.

IN BOTH of these instances, I PMed the admins directly after waiting because clearly you guys hate it when we complain in OOC. Well I guess I have to complain in OOC since that literally the only way to get your guys' attention in the slightest.

I always find it hilarious how i get immediately get punished for things WAY minor than this such as mugging someone in public or shooting someone for hitting me with their car by accident, I get warning points and blacklisted instantaneously within a span of 5 minutes, but when i get raided nearly 3 times in an hour with 6-7 admins/mods on and not a single one helps me or when i get RDMed at the bank 30 seconds walking in and he logs and no one helps, that's infuriating.


Time of Occurrence: One was at 11pm and the other was at 1:40am.

Considering the fact that there is a 15 minute video of me opening the tab showing all the admins on and half of them are unknown im going off pictures. I see Cookie and The CrustyPlayer as well as two others 1 mentor and 1 Game Developer at the 8:35 mark on video 1. I dont know their profile pictures and i dont know their names. None of the admins worked with me either last night so here we are.

Here is the updated list for the first incident: Gm1003, Tuko, Cookie, TheCrustyPlayer, and at the 8:35 mark of the video 1 Game developer and 1 mentor although i dont know if the mentor even helps in those situations or the game developer that are unknown to me

The staff you listed were on at one part of your video, which does not mean that they were on for the time period of your report remaining open. At one point or another, the staff listed could have been busy or taking a report from staffing, they do not have to be on-duty 100% percent of the time. If your report was not handled in a timely manner and you no longer wish to wait, there is a thread on the forums that you can refer to and report other players, given you have valid evidence of these rule-breaks.

With the time it took you to write this report and complain about staff response time you could have made a player report, which is what I recommend you do if you believe you experienced a series of rule-breaks.
