should be something like this

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod

You could google your solution.

Steam > Right click GMOD > Properties > Local Files > garrysmod > maps > delete rp_monoford_v1d.bsp

Try to relog after that.
