Why should the point(s) be removed:

We chased a guy 2 diff times and he was code red we were unable to catch him so we radioed asking if we may incapacitate him it was granted by a LT (there was no active chief or assistant chief at the time unfortunately when i shot him i crunched him, and then he made a sit and i got a point for RDM, because i had a warning already from when i first joined the server. i get why but i asked for permission to shoot and it was granted by a LT (the highest rank at the time to my knowledge) iv'e seen this same situation play out many times and haven't seen any sits made about it until now. i was gonna give the guy i killed money because he lost his machete but i was unable to contact him.

Time of Occurrence:
yesterday July 11th (about 10 -11 pm est i believe)

Unknown i do not know the name of the LT who authorized it or the officer with me

NOTE: we chased him two times (for F and E, Reckless driving and slashing police car tires with a machete) (for about a total of 15-20 mins) at the start of this video i see him on trinity after we had lost him for about 2 mins and i initiate the second chase.


EDIT: i was able to find who it was i shot it was baljeet Wang i gave him 5k for his machete and he said he forgives me.

and terry McDonald was the officer with me.

Whether or not it was approved you asked for it, you cannot shoot any suspects just cause you can't get to them, you may only use lethal force if you are in danger.

"or all other attempts to stop the suspect had failed." this is my reasoning for shooting, we chased him twice and we tried spikes tazers etc.

Sorry for the late response,

When a suspect's vehicle is code red and jumps out on foot they are no longer code red. You have the chance to go ahead and tase the suspect in the water to grab him or try to chase him with the police boat. As per warning point rules, this warning point is valid and I have to deny this applea.
