Request Reason: Pretty sure while I was taking care of another suspect, two officers basically committed a homicide on yet another suspect I had. Saying that they were doing some "shooting range" business.

Kira Zoro: Corruption | Watching the instance of a cop v suspect homicide without reporting it. {Unable to necessarily confirm, but just to put it here.} As I know also that they're in a weapons blacklist and can't actually shoot the suspect.

Glendal Yang: Corruption/RDM | Shooting a suspect, potentially a friend, to prevent arrest. {Need logs to help assist with such as I was not in view at the moment.}

Then it goes to STEAM_0:0:157134065 , they either LTAA'ed, or something happened on the offhand. Where it also contributes to NLR for https://monolithservers.com/forums/threads/longer-than-santas-list.35274/#post-211899 if this is the case they wouldn't have known that their boi's were locked up.
