{Video: 5:05-13:26} Tye Shaw - Initially you can see Tye bringing up a non-important subject matter that occurred after my death at (Video - 5:17-6:12). Once I get to the PD, instead of worrying about a stolen Tow Truck running around all in front of PD he wants to do a meeting about something I can't remember due to NLR. While this is all going down you can see the continuous degrading of their professionalism, which mainly just turns into a one sided yelling match. Then a list of different charges/punishments they want done to me. It was all non-conclusive, and when I went to return to duties he instead blocks the door until they get what they want. The Chief just requests that I do it so we could all go on with our day as it was a waste to begin with.
{Video: 5:05-20:00} Tye Shaw/Scott Fujii - Throughout all this time you can see mass misuse of comms and misconduct of Policing in the department by Sergeant II later Chief of PD Tye Shaw. This ties in with the partner in crime Scott Fujii, as they also tend to misuse radio communications and commit acts that're not allowed with PD with the both of them. I'll go piece by piece for this:

Time Stamps found above for each^^^
Additional members involved/witnessing: Chief Troy Host, SWAT Commander Rob Static, other cops.

This ties in with the partner in crime Scott Fujii, as they also tend to misuse radio communications and commit acts that're not allowed with PD with the both of them. I'll go piece by piece for this:
- 5:17-6:11 | Sergeant Class II Tye Shaw | Misuse of Police Radio and disregard to friendly Police Tow on who may or may not use PD radio. Afterwards they try to power trip and use rank as I'm tow at the moment. Eventually they go on and on about being "objectified" over radio instead of requesting a meeting initially as they should per Police protocol on problems with fellow officers.
- 7:07-13:25 | Sergeant Class II Tye Shaw | {Optional read as already talked in the first time stamp but further explained.} Disregard for ongoing situation of a Stolen Government vehicle on the run. Instead the unit worries more about trying to get a meeting going. Also with this meeting, I deem this to be not only a waste of time and resources for PD, but a blatant misuse of the complaint policy. Eventually while the meeting is coming to an end, they decide to impede my duties until they get what they want. Clearly not defining a set standard for PD if I was a new Tow/Officer on duty seeing as they have the Chief position.
- 13:25-14:47 | Chief Tye Shaw & Lieutenant Scott Fujii | The Lieutenant used the R Slur for their Chief, of course, Chief does nothing about this. Mainly for the reason that they stole a suspects car, and Fail Driving around in it. Until we bumped him with the Bearcat and he swerved into a tree causing it to explode. Yet Lieutenant made a false callout, Chief stole a vehicle/Fail Driving it, and eventually lied about their intentions. Even if they didn't lie, they failed to follow through with what they were supposed to do, which is grab a tow instead as there was one on.
- 14:41-15:02 | Chief Tye Shaw & Lieutenant Scott Fujii | Failed to commit a traffic stop on a vehicle that clearly bypassed a stop sign and just let him go for some odd or unknown reason. Possible relations to them, so they potentially let a friend go. Even though they hit a vehicle mid Prisoner Transport.
- 15:03-15:33 | Chief Tye Shaw & Lieutenant Scott Fujii | Mic spam by the Lieutenant, which the Chief did nothing about.
- 15:33-15:48 | Chief Tye Shaw & Lieutenant Scott Fujii | Lieutenant wants to "RDM" a Prop Pusher, Chief again doesn't deescalate the unit.
- 15:50-16:01 | Chief Tye Shaw & Lieutenant Scott Fujii | Unneeded banter between the two over radio.
- 16:02-16:05 | Lieutenant Scott Fujii | Going AFK mid-situation, and threatens a demotion over those if they don't keep him alive. Not needed to be heard for the lower ranks who don't know police demotion capabilities.
- 16:06-16:15 | Chief Tye Shaw | Misuse of Police Radio talking about OOC items.
- 16:16-:16:35 | Chief Tye Shaw | Requested help from the vehicle behind to push us up, but the Chief decides to pass us and call us "Fucking Losers" instead of helping each other get to a situation where an Officer was down.
- 16:36-17:00 | Chief Tye Shaw | While they just passed us and decided not to help, the Chief decided to hold up on top of the ramp looking at us, then veers off once we finally get to the top, instead of heading to an Officer Down situation.
- 17:01-17:47 | Chief Tye Shaw & Lieutenant Scott Fujii | Firstly it starts off with random chatter about being British from the Chief, then for some reason it goes NSFW with the Lieutenant.
- 17:47-18:15 | Chief Tye Shaw & Lieutenant Scott Fujii | Usage of the R Slur from the Lieutenant without a warning from the Chief, then while saying "Hello, Rose." Everyone says their greetings to Rose, but you then get the Lieutenant to come back around to make an NSFW comment about the Chief from there being a "Gamer Girl" in the Force. Yet the Chief disregards it and issues no warning even though there's uproar in the PD comms.
- 18:15-19:50 | Chief Tye Shaw | Besides the utter amount of ear deafening screams by the Chief, basically yelling at another Lieutenant on the force known as Bravo-02. The unit is losing morale so they layer off the chase due to high amount of disrespect and from the name calling of "Buddy Boy." You can also hear them threaten the Lieutenant with demotion in a non-professional standard, and include an arrest warrant with it. Further declining their position as a Chief, and they decline the collective opinions of the department saying that they are, in fact, being respectful. At the end, they disregard everything they just put about being respectful, and call everyone in the department, "incompetent."
- 19:41-20:00 | Lieutenant Scott Fujii | The Lieutenant decided to unarrest the man in the Red Jacket because he "wanted to go kill this kid." Basically forgoing police duties and blatantly let a criminal go for their own satisfaction.
As you can see, there is a lot to go over, and I probably missed a few things that I couldn't see/hear on my end. Even then, this happened throughout the whole day, in terms.
