What happened: I attempted to claim my refund request items from the refund NPC inside the bank, when i clicked "Claim" i didn't notice my inventory was full and my items dissipated and were never found by the administrators present. I was then told to go make another refund request so that's exactly what i did
What do you need refunded: 1x Serbu Shorty , 2x shotgun ammunition.
