Hello again,

After considering the evidence presented, I have determined that the following rule(s) were broken:

2.2.10: You may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for writing you, your friends or crew members a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.

2.2.13: Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.

As you were neither a direct threat and you simply wish to issue a citation, the death was invalid and will be voided.

MrFrags (STEAM_0:0:449248145) will be receiving a 3 day weapons blacklist as he should be well aware of this rule and that he violated it.
