Let me give you my side of the story and how we had this bank heist planned out. Myself, Kieran, Nik and 1-2 people had this idea to rob the bank, I'd be the guy that would stay up there giving necessary call outs while they do their thing and when necessary, I would join them. The two remaining cops in the bank were the two cops that I murdered in the video. It was completely their fault to not order the crowd of 3-4 civillians and a medic outside the bank while there was a active heist. I was part of the heist and that is how you died, I even mentioned in the last seconds of the video that I am part of it so you wouldn't think you got RDM'd. I hope this clarified why I did this and how this was not RDM at all.

Edit: Just saw that "failure to value life" was accounted in what I commited, you shouldn't turn your back to a crowd of people and the fearRP, from my knowledge, would not apply on this scenario that I am totally out of your sight and no order was given upon myself.

Passive participants (such as informants) may stay outside the property that's being robbed but may not engage in combat. If you are staying away from the raiding party and informing them of events going on, then you are indeed a passive participant in the raid. Because of this, you are in violation of server rules and will be punished with a 2 day ban for RDM and countering a police raid. Concluded.
