Timed Out on Loading Lua files

A description of your technical issue: Everytime I join the server I get timed out 3-4 times Everytime and it's really annoying but after November update of 11/12 it won't let me join Everytime I get timed out
Has it happened before?: Yes
Extraneous details/description: I get timed out of loading Lua files and I have to rejoin and it keeps happening
