Timed out

I can’t join the server every time I do it give me the time out disconnect screen.

I restarted my internet also restarting my pc still didn’t work.

Now I’m stuck on the initializing screen

Make your gmod settings lower. Your PC may not handle high settings.

Everything is low I’m on 64 bit I restarted my pc and verify gmod and it’s still not working, timing out how to do with connection but my internet is working fine.

Try switching betas,

Put the settings in console, if that does not work, task manager, details, hl2, rightclick, priorities, set it to real time or high.

Time outs have to do with WiFi connection nothing to do with setting.

I've had to do this before, especially when playing on the same server with 2 different accounts on the same internet with my brother.

Might work but not positive. In console, type:
clientport

and it'll pull up a number like 27005 (the default) You can change it anywhere from 27005 to 27020. So something like 27009 could work. So,
clientport 27009
is what you'd type in the console. Any number in that range.
