Relevant Evidence: Yeah so i was banned for mining while afk, except i wasn't actually afk. I had alt tabbed and hit an empty rock a few times and came back and was literally banned as i was moving. I couldn't have been afk as my character was banned while i was running from rock to rock.

Relevant rule: you can use +attack as long as you're present at the computer/laptop etc.
I was present at my keyboard the entire duration i was mining. i had alt tabbed at times because no one was around to me to roleplay with so it wasn't necessary to stay tabbed in the game at all times

Also @Perry if you watched me for a few moments longer you would have realized i wasnt afk. I have been running from rock to rock consistently mining for 30 minutes. And the fact that i made a ban appeal so quickly is an indication that i wasn't afk.

You need to be present in-game while using +attack, alt-tabbing is considering afking.

My apologies, i was not aware of that. Rule 1-7 states:

1. The usage of any kind of anti-AFK script or remote control software is not tolerated. This excludes +attack. Using some form of AI to do things such as farming, mining etc. will not be allowed, you can use +attack as long as you're present at the computer/laptop etc

Reading the rule word for word my understanding was that i only have to be present at my computer, which i was. The rule made no mention of alt-tabbing so i had no expectation that i had to be tabbed into the game at all times. Also, i was not tabbed away for more than 30 seconds of time so i would not have delayed any role-play situations that arose. I now have a fuller understanding of the rule in which i was banned for and will remain tabbed in while using +attack in the future.. I'de appreciate some leniency if you are willing to because that rule is quiet ambiguous as far as alt-tabbing goes and i will refrain from doing so in the future.
