What happened: I was Rdm'd in the parking lot of bank and I lost a Glock, Kevlar with helmet, and a siphon pump. I was in a sit with @Arroyo and he said to make a refund request and tag him. So I am doing so. Thank you.

Once you go ahead and edit and correct this refund request, I can confirm that this player lost items due to a Mass Rdmer on the server that took his belongings. That player is permanently banned. x1 Glock 17, x1 Siphon Pump, x1 Kevlar and Helmet.
