Hello,

Since this was an obvious rule break, I will proceed with this report without @George Tonchev's side.


As this rule states in [2.2] Player versus Player

10. You may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for writing you, your friends or organization/party members a ticket.
13. Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you.

This rule was clearly violated by @George Tonchev's, therefore he will receive 1 WP for RDM.

I would also like to point out that the ticket was indeed invalid, though this still does not give an excuse for @George Tonchev's action, I will ask that you carefully look at the lawbook next time before giving out tickets like that.

Other than that, if you've lost any items from this certain situation, you may make a refund request on the forums.
