Traffic Enforcement

On the Topic of Traffic Enforcement. I don't think another department or job is necessary, maybe a further update with enforcement of traffic, such as automatic speed camera's in certain areas, speed bumps to stop people from driving too fast or more external forms of traffic enforcement management. But, I don't blame officers or supervisors focusing on traffic enforcement as it's very obvious there is a serious issue around people not driving properly causing further incidents and deaths. Not to mention, being on the law enforcement job means you get targeted necessarily a lot of the time and things other than traffic enforcement have a higher possibility of leading to poor roleplay and conflict leading to the officer's death - mostly ruining their roleplay experience. Not all officers want to just frag rp and shoot.
Nah, that's bullshit. we already have a self fed and over empowered police department.
People think this game is police rp only and actually they aren't that wrong; The way management allowed so many cop empowering and self-protecting rules, even i doubt sometimes whats the real kind of game im actually playing.

I mean what happens when there isn't cops, or we lower the cops power, frag RP is still gonna be there, the game mode wont change and its already known that Frag-RP has mostly taken over rather than actual RP. Nevertheless whats your concern on the PD, feedback would be much appreciated, if needed we can even look into it.

Just because you want another police department doesn't mean that everyone else wants one. You want more police stuff added instead of utilizing what has been already given to you.
You already have speed cameras, spike strips, police chargers that can be utilized for aiding in traffic enforcement, unmarked police vehicles that can camp in alleyways and look out for speeding / wrecklessly driving vehicles.
If there is a competent chief online, then he can split the department into multiple parts, like traffic enforcement [setting up checkpoints, speed traps, having admins spawn in speed bumps, etc..], patrolling [looking out for any crime, community commitment, etc..], taking care of the PD [having a checkpoint set up, preventing loitering or minging, preventing unauthorized personnel from going behind the metal detectors, etc..], many things like that. It's up to the people that play PD. Another job would not do much, it wouldn't prevent minging, it wouldn't prevent cops from instantly rushing to a raid, it wouldn't do anything.
Use what has been given to you already, instead of requesting another job. When I was on PD, I was focusing on traffic enforcement with a couple of people, and I was just fine.

seems some what point less. If you want traffic enforcement on PD just go tow driver and if you need another radio just go to another freq that is not being used.
If you are a civ and want to be a gun dealer, you dont "go" a gun dealer job. You just start role playing as a gun dealer, same thing applies to this as well. You want to be a traffic cop? Just go one of the cop classes and start enforcing traffic laws.
